Introduction In the current landscape, both Android and iOS platforms have reached a level of maturity that renders the “best platform” debate largely obsolete. Recent operating system updates have yielded only marginal improvements, lacking the transformative impact of past innovations like Android OS 5 Lolipop’s Material Design. While users remain drawn to the latest OS versions for extended support and security, not having the latest version does not mean users are missing out on much. Contributing to this is the reality that many features are locked behind specific hardware and software integrations, independent of the OS version. NOTE : The potential for HarmonyOS to abandon Android app compatibility presents a more substantial challenge. While iPhones are often seen as symbols of top quality, you can find equally good Android phone at similar prices. Remember, you generally get what you pay for. Do not compare flagship iPhones to the many capable mid-range Android phones in the ...

Introduction At pharmacy, not all medications are blistered packed (i.e., they come in loose in a bottle). Hence, to prepare a certain quantity of tablets for a patient, we often manually count it, which is very tedious. A pill counting tray (using a plastic dish and spatula) is a sanitary way to handle and count pills. Nonetheless, pill counting errors can still happen because of distractions, exhaustion and being hurried. At worst, it may affect patient medication adherence . Potential Solution For resource-limited health facilities (without automatic pill counter), Pilleye is a FREE mobile application that can eliminate miscounting. This mobile application helps you to count medicine in a photo in the blink of an eye ( up to 500 tablets), regardless of the shape or size of the tablets or capsules. If there is any pill overlooked by Pilleye , it can be manually added to the count with a tap. Summary Pilleye is an extremely helpful tool for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who...

Introduction In today's world, mobile phones have become powerful devices that can handle a wide range of tasks from communication to entertainment and productivity. With this increased functionality, we are storing more and more data on our phones, such as online bills, e-Books and work documents. However, a cluttered file manager can make it difficult to locate the files we need efficiently. Introduction As a long-time Android user, I recently decided to switch to the iPhone 14 due to the concerns about battery heating issues with Snapdragon 888 and 8 Gen 1. However, iPhone 14 also presents with heating issue at intensive usage, especially when downloading multiple software at once. Overall, the transfer from Android phone to an iPhone is smooth, including migrating WhatsApp data from Android to iPhone. Nonetheless, there are some unpleasant experiences that you may have to tolerate with using iOS system. Battery Being a heavy phone user, I quickly notice that the iPhone 14's battery does not last as long as those Android phone with 5000 mAh, despite the claimed battery optimisation in iOS. iPhone 14 comes with a battery capacity of 3279 mAh , hence it might be a better choice for me to pick iPhone 14 Plus (4325 mAh) instead. The battery charging speed with a 20W charger is fine for its relatively small battery capacity . Theoretically, it can easily be outperformed b...
